Applying Next Year?
The Faith Lutheran Preschool 2013 Application Form will become available towards the end of 2012. Each child will need a separate form, though only one fee will be required per family.
Please read all sections carefully, provide requested information, and sign the form in agreement. Attach the $50 non-refundable application fee and place in the “Registration Box” by the school office door or mail to the Preschool by the appropriate date indicated on the Enrollment Schedule below.

Age Requirements
Remember, a child must be no less than 3 years old or no more than 4 years old on September 30, 2013, and potty trained to attend the Preschool.
Classes
We typically offer four classes as defined on the Enrollment Application:
- Two 3-day (T-W-TH) 3-yr-old classes
- Two 4-day (T-F) 4-year-old/Pre-K classes
Class placement will take into account birth date and gender.
Enrollment Schedule
Priority enrollment periods are as follows:
- Faith Lutheran Church Members: Late-January
- Families Currently Enrolled at Faith Lutheran Preschool: Early-February
- Alumni Families: Early- to Mid-February
- General Public: Mid-February
A panel made up of Faith Lutheran Preschool Board members will conduct a blind lottery at the end of February. Those students who are enrolled as a result of the lottery will be notified by telephone by the beginning of March. The remaining students will be placed on the age-appropriate class waiting list in the order of their lottery selection. All students will receive written confirmation of their enrollment status within two weeks of the lottery.
